About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Heavy Truck Mechanic (Diagnostic Specialist) to perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy truck repair and demonstrates strong technical expertise in diesel engines, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. This role focuses on full-cycle diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial transport vehicles.

Requirements

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, including maintenance, repair, and full engine diagnostics.
• Experience with aftertreatment systems (DPF, SCR, DEF), emissions systems, regeneration diagnostics, and exhaust systems.
• Strong understanding of braking systems (air brakes, ABS, EBS), suspension systems (air and hydraulic), and steering systems.
• Advanced electrical diagnostics skills, including troubleshooting wiring, sensors, control modules, fault codes, and CAN bus systems.
• Experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems (pumps, hoses, valves, cylinders).
• Ability to work with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools and software.
• Experience performing safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to independently identify problems and manage complete repair cycles.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior mechanics is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle repair, diagnostics, and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Identify technical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency of all repair processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff when required.
• Perform minor welding and fabrication work as part of repair duties when necessary.

Long-Haul Truck Driver (Minimum 1 Year of Canadian Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves long-distance driving, including potential cross-border (US) routes. A minimum of 1 year of Canadian experience is required, and previous truck driving experience is mandatory. Competitive compensation starting at $0.60 per mile is available for highly qualified candidates with 3+ years of experience.

Non-Canadian PR/Citizens? If you are not a permanent resident or citizen, having a valid US visa is strongly preferred (for cross-border opportunities).
